This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used this location and they are ALWAYS friendly and professional. Sorry I can't remember the ladies name but she is GREAT!! World class!! The only suggestion I have is for Uhaul to put hand cranks on the 6x12 trailers like they have on the Hauler. Those 6x12 are too heavy for a person or persons to lift.
