Joseph WI am not talking about your vender. People at Hood are very professional, it"s you at U-Haul I am speaking about. I have been renting from yall for over 50 years. Since you have gone the way of modern technology it has cost me days, not hours but days of my time trying to get into a truck. It's cost me time and money besides pissing off my builders that I have spent years building a trust with. You still owe me over 200 dollars for a tire that I bought and you should have the receipt for. By the way the tire was blown out when I picked up the truck
