The location I picked up and dropped off were great. My experience with u-haul as a company on the other hand was not good at all. I had nothing but problems from start to finish with the u-haul system. And even after drop off I am STILL waiting for them to fix a billing problem!

Steve MHad six furniture pads on the reservation. The rental employee forgot them and I did as well. I never had them in my possession and got charged for them upon return. If possible, I would like this 48.00 returned to the card on file.
