This rating is not specifically about the return location but the U-Haul process. The location is listed as open until 4:30pm on Saturday. However upon dropping off a truck at 4:20pm we found that the location actually closed at 4pm. It is listed this way on their door and their website. The return process via mobile worked fine except I had to complete it outside in the pouring rain. U-Haul needs to verify their location hours. This location is convenient for this area.

DUANE BThey did not have thier employees trained on the uhaul program so it took forever to check the trailer back in. They had to call multiple people to figure out they owed me $20.
