There was an issue with the truck fully loaded going down hill the RPMs would shoot up randomly as the truck was trying to slow itself down with the gears, error codes popped up with the self stabilization system and going down hill fully loaded it was a little scary. The truck cab also smelled of possibly stale smoke and a little musty. Over all the truck got the job done but it was touch and go.

STEPHEN GWas unable to speak to the customer service representative. Location was understaffed. Also, fuel charge was added of $11. I knew about the $9 rebate possibility, and decided not to redeem that. But no one, at any point either online or in person when I checked in at Bethpage, told me about an $11 fuel charge. Very sneaky and I couldn't return the check online without paying that charge. Very disappointing experience with Uhaul.
