Clem LThe location wasn't the issue, your contactless pick up system needs help. There is no way it should take me over 30 minutes to finally take the truck and then another 30 to drop it off. App was ridiculous and tedious. Changed the price on us without making that very clear up front, and the whole experience was very frustrating when it should have been very easy! We should have been able to complete all the pic downloads and things before pick up day! Moving is stressful enough, you don't need to add to the problem. Don't think I will do it again. Will go with some other carrier if at all possible. Sadly, Frustrating is the best word to describe it all.
Jack GThis is a new business in town and we were unsure where they were located or where to drop keys. They noticed we were scheduled to drop off and called to make sure we knew the process, assisted by directing us into their store where we received very friendly service.
