This is THE best U=Haul business I have experienced. This is my second rental this month from Brittany. You can count on working with a true professional. The truck was spotless. I apologize for leaving some mud on the tires. I had to hire help. My fault for failure to GI the tires. You can count on this vendor. Highly recommend!!
LISA OWay more expensive than I expected. But was a great experience with the location we rented it from they were great would rent from them again but pricing was crazy

Lisa OI think a better customer service person on the phone would greatly approve. I understand I was late bringing in or contacting uhaul (we had a death in the family) but calling my wife and being short with her is not acceptable. You don't know why or what's going on how about show just a bit of compassion. No need to be rude and unwilling to even come to a nicer conclusion. I will in the future go to the same place to rent a uhaul, but I will not talk to corporate again if I can help it.
