The yard is a mess, not very professional looking. When i ordered this truck I ordered it for one day. I got a call from u-haul saying I could have it a day early for the same price which was $123.00 plus tax, no mileage fee for under 50 km of use. I fueled the truck up more than what was in it when I got it, cleaned the truck front and back and was well under the 50km but was charged $162.72

Called first,, told me i couldnt use the trailer due to it being buried in snow. I came over to look and ended up pulling it out of the "snow " for the dealer. yard was not plowed . Trailer was buried in snow nothing cleaned and a tail light out.. I returned it 7 hours later..17:15- 00:15 and theyre charging me a double rental This is a total joke. I wont be using your service again.. keep my money apparently you need it more then i do! you are a scam! ill also be posting this on google maps where you cant edit the review..

CORY GThere was one attendant for the store and uhaul service.the trailer was parked in a difficult to reach location, frozen to the ground and the doors were frozen shut. The parking lot was unwanted, dangerous and in fact quite treacherous. The employee did not come out to assist in any way with any of these situations. Once we attached the trailer we had to go back inside and get him to come take a photo of the connection. E get to our location and the locking mechanism is frozen shut. When we returned the parking lot condition was not improved and when asked about where to place the trailer the employee said same spot. When told how difficult it was to get out he said well maybe you're a good driver. Overall not a positive experience.
