I was suppose to Drop off in Tillsonburg 3 km from my house was rerouted to Courtland. Cost me more money in gas. Stick to the original requests.

The windshield was splattered with bug guts. I would have appreciated if it had been clean. The rest of the truck was very clean. The gentleman who handled the rental was friendly, polite and professional.

SHAUNE HTruck had 1/2 in of ice on windshield, I was relocating a trailer for U-Haul it was in a snow pile that I had to dig out. And trailer was full of snow. That I had to clear out. And the drives rear light not working.
