The Covina location on Azusa ave have always had auto transports when I needed one for track day and the employees are always courteous and helpful and is why I will continue to do business with that location despite the fact I live roughly 9 miles away thank you U-U-haul !
Service rep at location were very helpful,knowledgeable and friendly but management that is used to extend your rental is very rude. They act as if your asking for blood. Plenty of other rentals I was paying not asking for anything else
I had the worst experience ever with uhaul. It was my first time using their service and i regretted it. I came yesterday to pick up the truck around 11 am, based on my reservation, and i had to wait till 1:15 pm to pick it up because the system was down and this caused my a lot of trouble, then when i returned the truck and when i tried to reach uhaul.com/share to verify my equipment return it didn't work so i had to call and they charged me a $20 fees. When i called back to tell them what happened, they told me it is what it is and they didn't let me talk to the manager to explain what happened to him!

The truck I rented was old and the A:v didnâ€™t work or the the turn signals also it seem to be getting over heated I complained and the manager was only able to offer me a rental discount of 29 something dollars Shame on you u- haul

The staff were friendly but unable to confirm that the original location I picked had 24 hour drop off So the process took longer than expected.
Returning the equipment after hours using the app was very easy, but the additional charges it added were confusing. The app may need some adjustments to better reflect your invoicing practices. I did appreciate that it had an option to â€œnot agreeâ€ with the charges.
Sold me a 10$ dolly rental when thereâ€™s no roll up bridge. Feel ripped off I didnâ€™t even get to use the dolly
Online reservations should be honored. I initially was told by an employee named Amy my truck wasnâ€™t available even though I had confirmation from my email that it was reserved. Amy told me to go to another location in la Verne with a later appointment at 5:00pm but upon arrival I notice that location closed at 4:00pm. I was disappointed with the energy and time wasted. I went back to the original location and employee named Cesar was very helpful and took the initiative to help me and had a truck for me as well.So my experience started bad but ended up good.
