The gentleman who helped me as I followed them in to open up the door first thing in the morning was very friendly and efficiently helped me and I was on my way. The equipment was clean, no issues and that check out via the phone was very efficient. I do appreciate the photograph feature to document the condition of the return truck

The trailer looked a little worn, but it pulled very well. It was just the aesthetics. It did not inspire confidence, but was very functional.
