The trailer looked a little worn, but it pulled very well. It was just the aesthetics. It did not inspire confidence, but was very functional.

They were helpful in hooking up the trailer and showing me how to use the tire straps for the car hauler. I would recommend this location again.

William FDropping off seemed to be somewhat of an issue, because your website doesn't take nor will it let you upload photos, or add the odometer correctly. When going to pick up the rental, it gave the wrong directions to the location, but other than those issues everything was great
MELISSA KThe one thing that prevents me from giving this location 5 stars is that I requested a utility hand truck and when I picked up the truck, it was not loaded on the truck. This made my loading some items onto the truck very difficult and took longer than it should have.
