If you transfer one way and return early you should get some sort of discount or get some sort of certificate for future rentals. I rented last Wednesday and return opening am today. It was not due till this Thursday (4 days early).

MONTGOMERY RWe did have a low tire on one side once we put the car on the hauler but pumped it up and the drive home was great !
CHARLES HCustomer service was top notch - friendly, helpful an very accommodating. The trailer had 2 of 4 tires that were end of life, and trailer didn’t track well - very jerky. Don’t know if it was result of sticking brake cylinders, wheel bearing issues, surge brake issues or misaligned wheels, but I won’t rent that trailer again.
