I walked out of 2 I haul locations. One in duncanville off of camp wisdom and wanted DeSoto. I have never been treated so badly at an establishment and at two different locations. I went to home Depot to try to rent a trailer and was trying to look for somewhere else whenever I finally gave up and stumbled upon a place that was an hour and a half out of my way. But the staff at this location was so friendly so helpful it reminded me what customer service was really about. Because of this location I will still use your U-Haul brand but I will not use it at any other location. I will spend extra money just for the type of customer service I received from these people compared to all the other locations I have visited with your brand on it. One businessman to another business you should clean up these areas that are ruining your brand before people start going somewhere else or somebody comes up with alternative to the cut bad customer service that we receive from your brand.
