I don't usually rate if it is not excellent. I arrived at the location to pick up the rental truck at 6:30 pm. The clerk stated the system was down and he could not locate my reservation. I asked if I could leave and return to see if there was any success in locating my reservation. He was on the phone and then finally the system was up and running and he could view my reservation. He proceeds to tell me that the truck hasn't arrived yet. I advised that I would be back in 20 minutes. I noticed that there was a truck in the parking lot of the size I was renting. I saw the clerk go out to the truck when I pulled off. I made note of the license plate and that was the truck that I ended up receiving. I didn't receive my rental until almost 2 hours after my reservation time. I inquired when I would need to drop it back off and he stated the time that I was initially supposed to drop it off. I didn't say anything since I had to get moving. I was already been since my original reservation was at 10:30 am and a rep phone me to advise that the previous customer extended their reservation. I was taken by surprise since in the past when I attempted to extend my reservation, I was not afforded that opportunity due to other reservations of the truck. The rep over the phone (I believe her name was Tracy) was very helpful and accommodating. When I called the next day, she extended my rental when I explained what happed the night previously.

William MThe truck was not cleaned out, I had ordered blankets and they were not available. The check-in process inside was horrible and took way too long, I would recommend mobile check-in. The drop-off went quickly.
CLAUDIO SI ordered and paid to have a dolly in the truck to be ready for our move and it was not in there! The attendants at the shop could not help us! I also didn’t drive the 5 miles and didn’t use it for the 6 hours but only 4 but still got charged the whole thing!
