My only complaint was that the store was not open when I went to drop off the trailer (the hours posted on the door said they were supposed to be open at 9:30 - I arrived at 9:30 and waited for 10 minutes). They have the option for leaving equipment after hours, but I am not able to pick up the trailer to remove it from the hitch (so I had to come back again later)

Robbie RGot charge a fuel fee even though i filled it back to original start fuel level. Only drive a little over 100 miles and ended up putting almost 40 in fuel myself then charged additional 20. Kinda wild for such a small trip
