Last uhaul I rented was on 1/4 tank of gas, the windshield had a Crack in it and there was something wrong with the front end as the steering wheel would shake and then the whole truck would shake!! Filed a complaint but nothing was done!!!!!

THOMAS BI had to extend my reservation through no fault of my own. I reserved a dolly. I didn't receive it the 1st day. I had already started the pick up process so i couldn't stop. I couldn't do the majority of my needs without the dolly. Had to add a 2nd day. THEN, I got charged for using the dolly for 2 days. Plus, the check back in was irritating
