My overall experience was below expectations due to the significant inconvenience caused by changes to my original rental logistics. I had to travel to different locations to obtain the equipment I needed, which resulted in additional mileage, time, fuel, and inconvenience that were not part of my original plan. I was then charged approximately $100 in additional mileage. I have already contacted U-Haul by email to request a review of these additional charges and explained the circumstances, but I have not received a response yet. I would appreciate U-Haul reviewing my rental history and the additional mileage caused by these location changes and providing a fair resolution.
