The woman at the shop was not personable and didn't know anything about UHaul, and then acted annoyed about having to wait for me to cal Uhaul for answers. When I called her on the phone, she said only Uhaul could let me be late dropping off. Uhaul said only she could. She hung up on me mid conversation.
