Uhaul app and overall sevice is horrible. Jerrys bait and tackle was good. The previous location Spears engines and tires are the worst, we had to relocate to Jerrys after Spears did not provide a key in designated drop box and were completely unresponsive.

The woman at the shop was not personable and didn't know anything about UHaul, and then acted annoyed about having to wait for me to cal Uhaul for answers. When I called her on the phone, she said only Uhaul could let me be late dropping off. Uhaul said only she could. She hung up on me mid conversation.
