They charged me for an extra day when I actually dropped it off a day early. Then when I called they argued with me that they didn’t do that. They were not helpful at all and were just arguing with me on the phone.

They helped me detach trailer
GLENN FThe lift gate on this trailer was defective. The agent that installed the trailer had a hard time opening it and struggled to get it closed. I had the same problem. I had to pull it down numerous times before it would close. Once the trailer was opened, it was filthy, full of dirt and mud. I had to get a leaf blower to clean it out, twice before it was semi clean. The trailer should have been inspected after the last rental. I was very disappointed.
