I picked up my rental vehicle at the location which was a furniture store the associates at the store very accommodating. They made my rental pick up smooth and easy. The return process was easy as well. I will need to rent again in the very near future I will definitely give them my business. The only negative experience I had pertaining to this rental was from the customer service person that I spoke to on the phone (call center) he neglected to tell me that the location was inside a furniture store. That would have been very helpful. I reserved the rental late on Friday and the pick up location was not far where I originated and the location was going to close soon.I made it before the business closed.

SHEILA MI arranged for mobile pick up. The vehicle was parked in the back of stripmall, there was an open door next to the return uhaul key return box, which was next to another box that looked like it could hold the key I needed to pick up - but it didn't. Had to then drive all the way around the entire strip, go in to the store and wait for an employee to give me the the key. This was a huge inconvenience.
