I arranged for mobile pick up. The vehicle was parked in the back of stripmall, there was an open door next to the return uhaul key return box, which was next to another box that looked like it could hold the key I needed to pick up - but it didn't. Had to then drive all the way around the entire strip, go in to the store and wait for an employee to give me the the key. This was a huge inconvenience.
