Check in/return was very smooth. The worker was very polite and helpful. The truck was serviceable and did what I needed it to do.

Maria IRepresentative did not assist with hook-up of trailer in any way. Representative changed drop-off location to a location far from destination. Representative was unable to answer questions about my contract. Equipment was returned a DD ay early and I was told via phone from U-haul call center I would receive credit to my payment method for that day.
