I was a little nervous about it being a gas station but the process was super convenient and easy. Was unsure about leaving my personal vehicle also when I picked up the truck but the gas station attendant came out and made sure I parked in a good spot to not be hit by other vehicles accidentally while I left it there. Very nice and helpful.

Ed GPickup took too long, because it’s in a busy gas station with only 1 person working. The trailer had 2 very worn tires that could have blown out, but we accepted it because we had to have it that day. THEY should have checked it, and it should have been in good shape before we got there!

This is the location that the customer service rep told me to drop off for after hours drop off, so this is where I left the trailer. Which BTW had more than enough room for my 4x8 trailer. ANOTHER Shitshow.

Maria IRepresentative did not assist with hook-up of trailer in any way. Representative changed drop-off location to a location far from destination. Representative was unable to answer questions about my contract. Equipment was returned a DD ay early and I was told via phone from U-haul call center I would receive credit to my payment method for that day.

Jacob HThere was no lights behind the facility where the U-Haul trailers were parked. Therefore, I had to retrieve and connect my truck in complete darkness without being escorted by an employee. This is a ripe opportunity for somebody to be mugged in the darkness or a woman to be attacked. I would recommend installing an exterior light, perhaps a flood light if possible and suggest an employee escort all customers for safety at night.
