Getting charged an extra $20 dollars for renting after business hours while renting online is stupid. The parking area is cramped and the parking lot very small. Your not supposed to park your personal vehicle in the parking spaces so its not convient at all. There was no moving dolly in the truck to use and no furniture blankets. I'm glad they didnt tow my car but that might have only been because a tow truck would have a hard time getting in the parking lot.
