I was appreciate that I was loan a brand new UHaul . Being a woman of 73 going from Illinois to Utah it was a great relief knowing it was a brand new truck. It rode very nice. The only thing is I got the cruise on once just by pushing buttons but did not really know how I got it on We looked in the truck handbook but could not find it. The truck ran very nice and very smooth. The lady who helped me get the truck back to where it needed to go was very nice as I was late by one day. We hit bad weather storm in Nebraska. It was a tornado. Lucky it touched out of town. But the rain was horrible grounded us early for the day. Very kind of the lady to be nice as my nerves were really bad due to the storm.
KATHY EI had a great experience. The Auto Transport was out front and ready to go. My check-in was quick and professional.
