No one was at the location at the time of reservation (1:30 in the afternoon) and the phone # just went to voicemail. I waited for about 20 minutes calling all the #'s. Finally I called the main U-Haul # and they were able to eventually get someone there. Also, one of the safety chains on the trailer was broken. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Jahanzeb NHad to retrieve the auto transport out of a massive mud hole. Person on the phone was rude and impatient and would only communicate by phone. Also sent a photo on how to hook up trailer....completely WRONG and a potential liability to uhaul! Worst experience ever with u-haul!
