There was a broken wood side rail on the inside of the trailer I picked up in Crosbyton, TX. It would not have been very detectable to anyone doing just a general inspection. The broken piece was still in place and upon travel it eventually fell straight down along the side of the trailer and wedged between trailer wall and the lower wood side rail. I took pictures of both the wood side rail and the repair I did on it. I made it obvious so that inspection could examine the piece. I left the pictures with the trailer drop off site in Greensburg, KS.

WILLIAM MWe checked in and paid on line, but it still took 30 minutes at the dealership verifying we paid, etc. We had printed receipt with us. Not sure what the hiccup was. Still it was convenient and local, so that was nice.
Anne-Marie HDrop off location was closed Saturday and Sunday. Why would Uhaul recommend to drop off to a closed place? It was totally God that the owner accidentally showed up in this small rural town. Owner helped me to turn it in...but what if he hadn't shown up? 45 miles each way to go to this drop off destination.
