They sent me a text message supposedly to confirm, but they didn’t follow up with the phone call. I didn’t get the text so I had to drive 50 miles out of town or 60 miles to Crosbyton from Lubbock and I’ve already driven in five hours so I was exhausted. It was not a good experience.

Checked in with the agent. After she did all the checking, told me to go and find a spot and park the tow trailer. That's what I did.
Doug MThe lady processed my reservation earlier which I deeply appreciated. She handed me a slip of paper and told me this would be my trailer. I found the trailer but had to hook on to another trailer and move it because it was in front of my designated trailer. Then, I had to make several attempts to hook onto the trailer since a small van type trailer was very close to the hitch and a pipe would not allow me to get closer. After several attempts I was able to connect to the trailer and had to work it back and forth to get it out of the lot.

Stanley LPlace is pretty run down. Equipment is not easily accessible. The trailer had damage to the fender.it was missing atleast one set of axle chains. I'm not sure I'd want my rental company being displayed at this business.
