Issues over all with entire experience. Was told the day before I was scheduled to pick up that the truck size i wanted was not available. Had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get truck. Pick up using app was confusing and asked for a password which was not mentioned before. Truck had only 1/4 tank of gas. Guy at Arms by motors coukd not help us.

BEN OHard to find. Office closed early. Had to do online return and poor instructions didn't indicate to avoid dropping the key off before taking return photos.
