There was a lot of water in the loading of the truck that we had to sweep and use towels to dry up.
Jim W.The mobile check in/return app is very difficult to use. It needs to be refined quite a bit as it's not intuitive or user friendly at all. We required outside assistance on both pickup and return. Other than that, the experience was good. Ormsby's does a great job. Stephanie was terrific in helping us pick up the truck.
Rebecca Q.Truck was not cleaned outside and the left back tire wobbled and I had to get the auto transport on a different day and different place and had to wait because the tires in it were no good and the manager went and picked us up a better trailer
Suzy M.I really did not like the self service experience. Taking a bunch of pictures was frustrating. I had to wait for you to authorize my taking the truck and that phone call to my husband took too long to get. That whole process cut into my rental time by a half hour so I did not get a full 4 hours. I would not do that process again.
