Customer service at Grady's was excellent. Had an issue trying to use the mobile pickup on uhaul.com. Luckily it was during business hours and the clerk was very quick to finish checking me out. Trucks are a little older and show signs of use. But they run great, are clean and maintained. Will definitely use Grady's again for a uhaul truck rental.
