Gradys mgr Colleen was superb in helping make my rental actually work. The website of uhaul was not easy to understand. I had previously reserved a 15' truck and all I thought I had to do was enter my reservation # and finish paying for the truck. No not the case. Had to completely redo the rental information and cancel the previous reservation. UHAUL If it wasn't for Colleen helping with these transactions I probably would have walked away and rented somewhere else. FIX YOUR WRBSITE!!!! COLLEEN your wonderful. Thanks AGAIN

Customer service at Grady's was excellent. Had an issue trying to use the mobile pickup on uhaul.com. Luckily it was during business hours and the clerk was very quick to finish checking me out. Trucks are a little older and show signs of use. But they run great, are clean and maintained. Will definitely use Grady's again for a uhaul truck rental.
