When I placed the original rental, I had chosen another location. I then received an email changing my location to Heritage Storage, and then received another email changing me to Welcome Storage Rentals. Not sure why all this movement was happening. When we got to the Welcome storage, we couldn't get keys out of the box. WE called the number at the lot and got a wonderful young lady who tried to help, and she is the one who sent us to Cleaning and More because we couldn't access the keys. She stayed on the line until we got to the new location and everything was updated in the system. I wish I could remember her name - she deserves recognition. We were stressed so it just didn't register. All that said, we got the uhaul and we had to pass the original location request and there sat the truck we asked for! All that said, to say....don't flip flop people around.
