I went to the pickup location that I requested when reserving online, but I was informed that they did not have my reservation, was forced to pay for insurance when I didn't request it, and had to drive an extra 30 minutes to another U-Haul location in order to pickup my order. I received no discount for the inconvenience via Customer Service or in person. There needs to be better and more clear communication between the website and pickup locations. I shouldn't have to go to two different U-Haul dealers in order to pickup my reservation. The van was also not checked thoroughly and cleaned. There was a metal fork, multiple receipts, and cardboard in the cab of the truck.
