I object to the fuel charge. Your manager, John, asked me to return the truck early because there was another rental. I explained that to meet his deadline, I would not be able to fill the gas tank to the appropriate level. He indicated that was OK since the truck needed to go out immediately. I reserved a 15 foot truck. The Uhaul office on Broadway in Cullman was closed; therefore I had to drive a 26 foot truck in the rain to GA. I'm 72 years old, single female. I was signicantly delayed because I had to change venues. It took the uhaul manager app 30 minutes to get me checked out. I had a crew of movers waiting on me to get load the truck. I object to the fuel charge because I returned the truck so Uhaul could satisfy another customer. I was delayed in renting the truck - not the 15 foot truck I reserved with the Uhaul guarantee. I ask that the fuel charge be removed since the 26 foot truck required more fuel than the 15 foot truck I reserved.

I can't really rate this location as there was no one there to accept delivery. All I could do was turn in the key and hope for the best. I have no complaint, but no opinion either.
Lisa YMan had trouble with his phone and had to enter my info three times. I wasn't sure about the price of the trailer I rented until I looked at my card statement. I think it was too much on the price
