We didn’t get the dolly we paid for to rent, the attendant had no idea what she was doing. She insisted everything had to be done on our end on the app, using the 24/7 pickup and drop off option but I had already selected to do the counter pick up because I was driving at the time I made the reservation so I couldn’t enter all of the information. She made the process unbearable and take way longer than it should have. We were waiting for her to give us the keys and finish the process for almost an hour, making us late to our destination. All while we did all of the work submitting verifications over and over again on our phones.
