The website and the app and then the dozen customer service people I spoke to made the reservation and checking out the vehicle ridiculous. The lady at Mosby in Culpeper was great. In person and on paper is smoother than the atrocity of a website and app for reservation and acquisition of the darned vehicle.

Joseph MU-Haul was not available for pickup at scheduled time. Store employee was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. She laughed when I said I was having trouble with the app, then made a phone call and handed ME the phone to speak to some guy who kept asking for my credit card number after I had already paid for the reservation in the app. She made me unlock all the lock boxes and “pick a key.” I was running on a tight schedule and had to push my day back an hour which completely ruined my move in process. Absolutely horrible experience. Mobile check in should have taken minutes. Really so disappointing.
