The only truck available was one with a flat tire and there were additional fees not mentioned on the website. They also charged me for more miles than I drove. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

Raika BI made a 12pm reservation to pick up a 15ft. truck on Friday April 18. This was for business not a personal move. When I arrived at 11:55am the mini mart was locked. A sign said "out to lunch." No one came when I knocked on the door repeatedly. I waited outside until 1:05pm with my paid-by-the-hour truck driver until a person arrived to open up and process my reservation. There were numerous other customers also with reservations by this point. The employee who arrived said nothing other than that the shift worker before her didn't come to work today. This is completely unacceptable. I should be refunded for my entire reservation.
