There was equipment in the rental that wasn't working. And I was disappointed that the rental did not have cruise control. I drove from Cumming, GA, to Greenwood, IN, over 550 miles, with no cruise.

Lewis JNo directions for drop off, spent 30 mins trying to get U-Haul on phone to get the return process complete. No one working location and the number listed to call no one would answer. Not exaggerating 30 mins for a drop off is excessive. $150 for a daily rental was a rip off. To drive 85 miles. Did not see 66 miles allowed, not clear on what to expect for U-Haul rental. Very disappointed customer.
