No fault to the Location, but the Truck was in terrible shape. Transmission ran rough and air conditioner only worked on high. Worst of all when it rained the truck had several leaks. Discovered this when we opened it up at our apartment and found all the blankets inside soaked. Rained again while we were loading and got the furniture and boxes, wet.

Jason mI reserved the truck online. When we arrived at the rental site, the truck was ready to take. This was the easiest rental I have ever experienced. I will definitely rent from them again.

The location owner ‘activated’ my rental before I had picked up the truck, so I couldn’t do anything in the app. I had to go into the gas station, where he took a picture of my ID then just gave me the keys. While the truck got the job done, I would not use this location again.
