Truck was dirty and still had old items inside, Broken glass in the truck Cab. Poor communication with the staff. Electronic records only. No contract hard copy. I ordered furniture Blankets. None available.

Omer AWhen I picked up the truck the appliance dolly I reserved was unavailable and I don't have a way to notate that in my drop off information so I don't want to get charged for the dolly I didn't receive.
Michael PEverything was really good. Starting from the car conditions and everything was perfect. Even when I was returning the u-haul at the specific location the guy who helped was amazing. I would highly recommend everyone to take u-haul services. If you guys can do it I can tell you you won’t regret.
