The app was insanely flakey for checkin - internet connection on the phone was great, but the app looped on continue several times. When it came to add a 2nd driver he also got in a "continuie" loop on his link to that process. We had to call in to add him. Everything else was fine

The trucks do not have any marking: How big10,15? I measure the truck cargo box area From behind the cab to the rear door I got 12 feet. Representative, during my PICK UP, can not verify that is 15 feet truck ? No body sure, if I can leave my car overnight without a danger to be towed ? I have to drive my car across parking lot about 4 times to Verify information. Trucks parked 400 feet from the office. Poor experience.

KELLEY STruck was filthy, trash in the cab and in the loading box. Additionally, I ordered a large Dolly, instead I was provided a small one, that was useless. I’ll look elsewhere to rent next time I need a truck.
DEAN TI reserved the truck online and scheduled it for an 8am pickup but the key was not available in the lock box so I had to wait around an hour until the store opened at 9am. I reserved a hand truck and there was not one available but I was still charged $7.00 for it. PLEASE issue a $7.00 credit to my AMEX. I was supposed to get 12 blankets but was only given 8. Overall, I was not very impressed with this location and my overall experience.
