Truck was filthy, trash in the cab and in the loading box. Additionally, I ordered a large Dolly, instead I was provided a small one, that was useless. I’ll look elsewhere to rent next time I need a truck.
DEAN TI reserved the truck online and scheduled it for an 8am pickup but the key was not available in the lock box so I had to wait around an hour until the store opened at 9am. I reserved a hand truck and there was not one available but I was still charged $7.00 for it. PLEASE issue a $7.00 credit to my AMEX. I was supposed to get 12 blankets but was only given 8. Overall, I was not very impressed with this location and my overall experience.
TIM MOnline booking was easy, assistant in store was very quick with checking in and very friendly. I had issues with the online link that I was to do before leaving and then when returning my van but believe that was my age and lack of understanding online thins. Great experience otherwise and would use this location again.
KRIS FThe truck was in a very poor condition. The wheel alignment is off, requiring the steering wheel to be held in a vertical position to maintain a straight driving path. Driving the truck above 55 mph was scary due to this. The engine light was on and the parking brake would get stuck at times. I have used Uhual a lot of times using various different truck sizes but never had a bad experience like this. You need to ensure the trucks are in a good and safe condition for the customers to drive on the roads.
