Would not recommend to a friend. I dropped off the U-Haul truck and the truck was never checked back in as returned. I attempted to call their location multiple times, with no answer. I had to call customer service multiple times and they were able to contact a manager, who then checked the truck in as returned .
Ryan LThe service here was as expected, except the rep did not inspect the truck while I was there. However, it would have been helpful for the attendant to check the gas level. Since it was at a gas station it would have been a simple matter to add a small amount of gas to avoid your gas charge.
Rick AThe van rented was completely empty on gas yet I was asked to return it with just over a quarter tank. This cost me an extra $40 but I was only refunded $13 for the gas difference.
