The service here was as expected, except the rep did not inspect the truck while I was there. However, it would have been helpful for the attendant to check the gas level. Since it was at a gas station it would have been a simple matter to add a small amount of gas to avoid your gas charge.

The van rented was completely empty on gas yet I was asked to return it with just over a quarter tank. This cost me an extra $40 but I was only refunded $13 for the gas difference.

Kare EMy reservation was for a mobile pickup. Even though the reservation was approved and indicated mobile pickup, this site does not allow mobile pickup. Due to the businesses limited hours, makes a big difference in schedule.
