My overall experience this weekend with U-Haul was an experience I would not wish on anyone. I drove 40 mi to get the unit I was quoted and it was supposed to be at the location in Adrian. So then you guys had me drive to Toledo and then the damn truck wasn't there so I had to drive all the way Curdice Ohio to pick up my damn truck so I ended up driving around 100 mi total extra and your incompetent company tried to give me $50 off my rental for wasting an entire day and I had to put off my return home for another day because you're stupid online service doesn't work. Your employees even complained about your company and how often your online system goes down. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. This will be the last time I do business with you
