Did not understand the 25$ for bugs on the vehicle
BRYAN DIt takes a lot of time just to rent a trailer. The U-haul software is slow, highly repetitive, clunky and error prone. I could not complete the pre drive away photo upload as the app would reset and erase the photos I'd already taken. After several tries, I gave up on that ridiculousness as I had already been there for at least 45 minutes just to get a trailer and I had to get moving. You really need to streamline your software and procedures to make the rental process more customer friendly and quicker.
DONALD TWhen I turned in the tow dolly the employees didn't have a clue what to do. They advised me to return in the morning.I was not going to be available the next morning so I told them to figure it out. I left the dolly in their parking lot.
