Jeff JDidn’t see anyone at drop off location so can’t rate them. But was contacted that the truck had not been returned. They just needed to look because it was parked right up front. ( plus additional fees!!!
MARY BCustomer service is a dying art and unfortunately this facility doesn’t even know it’s really a thing…. Terribly disappointing.
Steve GThere wasn’t a clear indication of where to park the U-Haul truck. I parked it next to another U-Haul.
