I called customer service to extend my rental for one day and was charged over 400 dollars to go down the street. When I called the store they fixed the issue without hesitation which was helpful and I commend them for that its just a big Inconvenience that the customer support line knows less then the store. Other then that my rental was prefect and had a speedy check out.

Everyone here were friendly, offered help with my supplies I purchased as well as a small box to carry it in and they all treated me with respect.


Love the service here. Dana is the sweetest young man there is. He did his best to keep everyone entertained when the computers were freezing. He showed my youngest daughter how to juggle. My first time meeting him. The manager is awesome. They seem like they would be partners in crime.

I would like to comment on Caidyn (Gen Mgr) at this location. Super professional. And turned an absolute nightmare of a day for me around with his customer services! Top of the line in all catagories in my book. Very patient with a not so patient customer (me). He is a great choice for your operation, as was the gentleman (didnt catch his name) at drop off. And super fast service throughout it all! Wonderful experience on a stressful day for me! Great job guys!

Renting the Truck was Excellent. Returning the Truck was Poor. Read below for details: The man that rented me the truck was friendly and accommodating. I talked to him on the phone earlier in the day. He remembered me and was very helpful. The lady that was there when I returned was on her phone and did nothing to help me. I walked in two minutes before closing and she said, "Oh, we're closed. I forgot to lock the door." I said, "Isn't there a $20 fee for late check in?". She instructed me to follow the instructions above the lock box and do it myself. I did the check-in online. The app works fine and is okay and it wasn't that big a deal, but I expect better customer service than that. The man that rented me the truck should get an excellent review. The lady should get a poor review. Opinion: People expect service anytime a business is open. If employees want to leave at 7pm, then close at 6:45pm. Don't advertise that your open to 7pm. Conversely, if you plan to stay open until 7pm, make sure employees understand that this will frequently mean working for 15-30 minutes after closing. That's just good business.


The manager was very friendly and helpful, i highly recommend this U Hall location.

I've had my belongings in a Ubox for almost a year. The only downside was that I had to go to UHaul every month because the Ubox is $69.99 a month but the system charges $99.99, so I had to get an adjustment every month. Considering I didn't have to pay the extra $30 the drive to UHaul was a small price to pay. Initially I was going to get a storage unit that would've cost me about $130 a month, but the GM told me about the Ubox, so I'm very grateful. I just got my items out of the Ubox, I rented a UHaul which was so convenient because I didn't have to travel to another storage unit to get my belongings. When I rented the UHaul the employee back the UHaul right up to the door, and it took 30 minutes or less to unload the items from the Ubox into the UHaul. Upon bring the the truck back, the GM walked up to the truck as I was pulling in and I checked the UHaul in within a minute. Quick and seamless process. My property was in the same condition it was in when I loaded it into the Ubox. I really appreciate them as a business. They have great employees. I am loyal to UHaul and will always recommend them.

The surge brakes on the trailer were shot. It caused unstable braking when I had a load in the trailer. The people working at the location were great.


Overall an exceptional experience. Dana is a very charming young man. Very reassuring to see that this new generation still has manners.


First of all, I thank you for the review survey. Despite the good service that I received. I'm very disappointed that the person who closed out my paperwork charged my bank card for $23.00 with no explanation despite the fact that I put gas in the truck before I returned it. I notified the person who processed the rental that the vehicle only had just over half a tank of gas. The salesman took a photo of the fuel gauge and told me to put gas the vehicle to the point of just over half a tank when I return the vehicle which is what I did. If my account is not credited, I will file a complaint.
