On the Tuesday I reserved 26 footer and on Wednesday they gave it to someone else. So I had to make another reservation and the place that I was going to pick it up didn’t do there job so i had to wait till the next day and y’all didn’t do anything about it and y’all want a good review and I was not very happy of what happened.

Called 12 hours before I was supposed to pick up 15' truck. Said only option was to drive 1.5 hours to Uvalde to pick it up after hours. Got there, no truck in my name. Total headache. Took an hour to get a hold of someone on the phone. Only good was the manager who reached out after and the person who found me a solution.
