Went to pick up, lady had no idea what I was talking about. Called a man he checked me in over the phone then told cashier to give me the keys. Got in the truck and check engine light is ok. But it's ok to drive.
WENDY LIt was a convenient store and I had to wait until all the customers that came in to buy stuff were waited on before I could get the keys to the truck. They did not go outside and look at the truck or give me any paperwork.
Hugh GPick up took way too long. No/very slow wifi in the store, only 1 employee so he had to keep stopping the rental process to take care of gas station customers.
Brian ENot having to do the rental over the phone at the location, having proper documentation. I got charged for gas even though I matched the level in the truck when I picked it up.
