I could not be happier. With clean, well maintained vehicles, and helpful staff all my rental needs were met and even exceeded.

Most competent and helpful fellow, Adam was a real pro at getting me all set up. Rented a car hauler trailer for a low clearance high performance car. He custom cut two wood blocks to make it work. Great guy gets a perfect score from me

Showed up on site even though I confirm three times for early morning Saturday they had it listed for 2 PM Saturday . If you two went to check out was told to sign paperwork not a problem saying that then afterwards found that it was the call out all the different pieces and was charging additional 20 some dollars that was different than what was on the reservation. Issue three barely got to The gas station cost $60 to fill the tank to look at where they put the gas thing on the other truck to find out they were listing it at three eights when it was barely 1/8 of a tank. If you’re for Leison plate light was broken and hanging from the machine off the truck I had to request couple times to make sure it was noted in the description of the vehicle

Andrew was a great help from start to finish. He truly goes out of his way to be helpful. There are two Uhaul businesses closer to our home , but we'll rent again from this location because of him and the great service he provides.

worst experience ever! reserved a tow bar. Called 2 days later to change the date needed and was told we called u and said u would have to pick up in Rice Hill. never received a call. Went to pick up drove all the way to Rice Hill was told by lady I was suppose to be there the next day and she could not help me I would have to come back. I called Roseburg store and drove all the way back to Roseburg and had to rent a full trailer to put my car on. What kind of business are u running? The price was more and not even a offer of an adjustment for all my trouble.

Rep. at the counter was a little rushed with 3 customers in at the same time. Had to wait for the truck to finish being cleaned after ordering the truck in advance and using check-in before getting to the store to "save time and cut the wait".

The national call center (which ALL calls are directed to) is horrible. They are barely trained in the equipment, the availability, or the specific locations to your area. I specifically requested an open 6’x12’ trailer with the "short" ramp/gate, NOT the long 4' ramp. [Note: I was very specific about making sure that trailer would be available this weekend, because I have, on one other occasion, gotten stuck with the 4' ramp trailer; and having the long ramp does not work in the confined area I need for the purposes of the rental. Ever since, I have made it a point to ensure that specific trailer is available, otherwise I change my plans to when it is available.] I was told it was available and booked it. When I showed up, I was told it wasn't available for rental, because the facility personnel were using it to haul trash out of the storage units on-site; and they hadn't had time to empty it. I enquired as to the availability of another trailer in the area that I could rent. I was told it was a very popular trailer for rent and there were no others in the area. I asked if that type of trailer is so popular, why don’t they have more of them for rent. I was told they only get so many of them, as they are specific to each region. I then offered to haul the trailer to the dump myself and unload it for them, (the dump was still open), but they would need to pay for the dump fees. They then said they didn’t have enough petty cash on hand to do it – “that’s why we hadn’t dumped it already; we’re waiting for corporate to resupply our petty cash so we can get it emptied and get it back on rental. We’re losing money on rentals because it’s not empty.” Seriously?!?!? U-Haul is so poor they don’t have enough petty cash to keep their operations going??? And why are the facility personnel, not using the trailer nobody wants to rent, the one with the 4’ ramp, to haul their trash off the premises??? They are both 6’x12’ open trailers! Why would you take your most popular trailer out of rental commission and use it for housekeeping?? Could it be they’re too lazy to deal with the high sides and the 4’ ramp!!! Sounds about right to me. Needless to say, Amanda at the Regional offices was no better. When I called to ask about other trailers in the area. She said there are none. Really??? The most popular open trailer for rent; and there’s only one in the entire region. Really??? After more prompting (it was like she had no interest in helping me with the situation) she finally admitted there was one other trailer out in Coos Bay, but wouldn’t be available until tomorrow. Again, I prompted her about the situation and why I was told the trailer was available when it wasn’t, and she kept saying I got the trailer I requested. I kept telling her it wasn’t the one with the short ramp and she finally said the ‘gate’ on the other trailer isn’t considered a ramp – they don’t have long and short ramp trailers – only trailers with and without ramps

Seems the provider was having trouble, with a new computer system. Just took a little longer than he wanted. Other than that it was fast and easy, I'd rent from them again.

They had me drop it off at the location on Newmark St. . It was several miles from the Coos Bay location. I wanted to drop it off in the morning. They are only open Mon-Friday. So I figured he would be there at my drop off time. So I waited another hour. Some stranger had a key for the door and said he was a worker in the auto shop. I could just leave the key with him. He and his friend did not look that trust worthy and the neighbor hood is not the best. So I went several miles back to Coos Bay. He wanted to charge me $50 to take the truck there. It was a big inconvient problem for him.. He finally send a text to the company and was able to accept the truck. It waisted several hours of my day. Do not use that drop off location unless they have a phone number in place so people can call. Or else a lock box to drop off the keys.

My rental totaled 7 miles and I put $10 gas to bring it to full. Do all your trucks get such poor mileage?
