Cynthia is rude. She left a snotty message on my voicemail telling us we had to bring the truck back. The manager did not tell us we needed to have the truck back by 4pm. We brought it back with a full tank of gas at 5pm. No bueno.

Not enough staff for all the customers.

Your agent was yelling and growling at the computer because he was still trying to figure out the new system and the system was being buggy. He did not communicate clearly, was clearly and vocally agitated and this was the worst uhaul experience I have had. I almost left, but didnt have time for that. Also, I signed up online to save time, but the agent said it didnt work and ended up having to enter it all manually anyway. I am frustrated, but will be back. The online ordering aspect seemed seemless at first and was easy to use. Now if you cannget that information to your store it would be a great time saver.
